The administrative fee is a percentage deducted from each donation. It can range from 7% to 15%, according to the subscription plan the donee ( person who receives the gift ) has. This fee is used to pay for all costs involved in each transaction, as well as the costs to maintain the platform.

The donations are sent to guardians on a weekly basis.

Yes! Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

No. The guardian will only receive a notification about the amount it has received. However, when you start a donation, a chat room is automatically opened for both of you, and two auto messages may be sent, one notifying the donor about the initiation and another about the completion of the process. From there you can interact with the guardian.

It depends on your subscription plan. You may add up to 5 pet profiles if you have a Freemium account. You may have up to 10 pet profiles if you have a Premium Account. However, if you have a Pro account, you may add as many pets as you need. Click here and learn more about subscription plans.
